These days, I write about how many "normal" experiences are actually rooted in trauma, in an attempt to educate people as to why they should become clients of mine, while also giving expression to things I'm genuinely interested in. You can read about them on the Optimize Consciousness Blog.
Eventually I'm going to write a book. I've been keeping detailed notes for the last 6 years, which, until recently, have been a massive, mostly horrible experience of ego death and existential dread that has somehow led to me becoming someone I genuinely like, doing things in the world that feel deeply meaningful.
The working title for the book is "How I Learned to Stop Feeling Horrible All the Time". It may end up being "Divine Desperation", the term I use for points in my life where a desperate situation has led me to trying something new that I would have otherwise brushed off, and it opens the next chapter of my life. I don't want people to think it's a religious book. But it may end up being spiritual in nature depending on how things go.
